SEATTLE – Specialty Roast Coffee Company recognizes the importance of giving, and giving back. Founded on the premise that people want to make a difference —
Specialty Roast donates $2 per pound of coffee to the charity the buyer chooses. What makes Specialty Roast Coffee unique? The coffee is roasted fresh and shipped next day, and the donation is directed by the consumer.
Customers choose the type of coffee, their charity and can even personalize the label. The personalized coffee becomes, in effect, a holiday card, corporate “thank you†or hostess gift. In each case the charity and donation is featured prominently on the label. Customers can choose from a growing list of nearly 300 charities, including causes related to the environment, animals, or curing cancer.
Giving Specialty Roast Coffee is the perfect gift that “gives back.â€
