 Cappuccino Tarts
 The coffee liqueur along with flavorful Starbucks coffee and cinnamon make a lovely dessert for entertaining.

 

Ingredients:
12 – 3 inch tart shells
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons Starbucks Via
ground cinnamon 

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, coffee liqueur, and sugar.

2. In a small saucepan, combine milk and Starbucks Via granules; heat over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until milk is steaming and tiny bubbles appear around edge of saucepan. Beat milk into eggs. Strain egg mixture through sieve into a pitcher. Carefully pour egg mixture into tart shells, filling evenly (tarts will be very full). Sprinkle each tart with a little cinnamon.

3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until filling is set and tart shells are golden brown. Cool before serving.

Makes 12 – 3 inch tarts

K-Cup Coffee Chocolate Dream

Ingredients (Serves 1)

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients except the coffee and whipped cream in a latte macchiato glass.
Top up with hot coffee, cover with whipped cream and garnish with a few drops of chocolate syrup.

Boca Java Coffee Tart Recipe; Moist Coffee Soaked Sponge Cake

Boca Java Coffee Tart Recipe;

Deliciously moist Boca Java coffee soaked cake is a delightful dessert. Tiramisu like cake is flavorful and coffee lovers delight.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup very dark gourmet coffee
2 egg yolks
1 sponge cake
2 oz toasted sliced almonds

Directions:
Beat the butter, and slowly, beating very well, add the sugar, the egg yolks and the Boca Java coffee  to make what we will refer to as ‘coffee cream’.
Slice the sponge cake and place the slices in the sides and bottom of a lightly greased souffle  or baking dish.
Add some of the coffee cream; alternate cake slices and more coffee cream until the souffle dish is full.
Cover with a heavy plate or something that will add weight to press the cake.
Refrigerate for 6 or more hours. Unmold and garnish with the sliced almonds. 
Serve in slices, as dessert.
