K-Cups Coffee Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups whole milk
4 fluid ounces of your favorite bold K-cups coffee brewed on your Keurig coffee makers smallest volume setting 
8-oz. cup of plain yogurt
dash to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of ground nutmeg or clove
2 or 3 ice cubes

Directions:
Brew k-cup coffee and then stir into the yogurt. Chop frozen bananas and put into a blender. Add all the other ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Yields two delicious servings.

 Mocha Coffee Cooler

Ingredients:

6 oz. strong coffee (Tully’s Sumatra or another bold K-Cups coffee  made in the smallest volume of your Keurig brewer)
1/3 cup Breyer’s French Vanilla ice cream (about 1 medium scoop)
1/3 cup Ghiardelli 60% cacao semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Strawberry and sprig of mint for garnish

1.  Brew coffee or espresso, pour in glass container with lid, put in refrigerator to cool.
2.  Melt chocolate chips in small pot over low heat, removing after a couple minutes. Stir, set aside to cool.

3.  In blender, combine coffee, ice cream and cooled chocolate, blend well.

4.  Pour into 8 oz. glass, top with whipped cream, strawberry and sprig of mint, serve.
